Different perspectives can be used when Katniss volunteers for tribute. Would you have volunteered for any of your family members? I would have volunteered for one of my family members because they are younger than me. In my opinion Katniss did the right decision since Prim wouldn't be the most of the competitive tributes there. Many would not volunteered because they might have been afraid or some other reason. Comment your opinion on what Katniss did.
